During the past six months I've been really busy with work and felt the need - emotionally - to withdraw from blogging about politics because it was too stressful. However, this recent airport security violation of rights is just overflowing with WRONG! I'm not usually one to sign petitions, but enough is enough already! I am number 18054 on WND's PETITION TO STOP 'ENHANCED' AIRPORT SCREENING TECHNIQUES NOW! and recommend you all sign and be sure to use a US zip code. The petition states:

To: Barack Obama, Janet Napolitano and all members of the U.S. Congress:

Whereas, the Transportation Security Administration recently commenced "enhanced" airport screening procedures that include invasive and humiliating full-body scans that result in the display of a graphic image of each passenger's naked body to be scrutinized by a TSA agent – a virtual strip search;

Follow up:

Whereas, the Transportation Security Administration also began, at the same time, to subject all who choose not to undergo the indignity of the full-body scan, new and more aggressive ("enhanced") open-hand pat-down procedures to be used on men, women and children, which include manual contact with their breasts and genitalia;

Whereas, requiring such a degrading and invasive search of passengers and flight crews utterly ignores the Fourth Amendment, which says, "'The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated";

Whereas, full-body scans produced by backscatter X-ray machines create radiation potentially harmful to frequent fliers and airline crew members, prompting the world's largest independent airline pilot association – the American Pilots Association, representing about 12,000 pilots – to strongly warn its members to avoid the new screening;

Whereas, generating naked images of minor passengers arguably amounts to the creation of illegal child pornography;

Whereas, these new procedures, being massively unpopular, humiliating, immoral and subject to horrific abuse, are certain to result in an increased aversion to flying on the public's part, which in turn will further hurt the airline industry and cause the country as a whole even more economic difficulties:

All valid points, however, the petition fails to mention one important fact: terrorists are always a step ahead of the idiots in charge; someone who cares so little for his/her own life will certainly submit to having explosives implanted internally (that will appear to the scanner like any other 'normal' breast implant for example) which can be detonated by impact or mixture with a chemical inserted via syringe (like a diabetic's insulin syringe that is allowed onto the plane with a physician's Rx).

I believe that the humiliation of this 'enhanced' screening is part of the mental conditioning the enemy (within) is using to strip Americans of their constitutional rights and continue to cover up the lies regarding who the true enemies are - and that the goals of those enemies are the destruction of the republic and institution of a socialist or possibly even communist regime.

Seems "impossible in this era of information and higher intelligence", you say? "Never again!" you scream? Read the history (before it's been completely revised!) of less than a century ago how strong, intelligent and financially successful Jews were led off to ghettos in Europe and forced onto trains leading to death camps. Many people didn't resist or assist because what was happening was beyond their imagination!

Today not much is left to our imaginations... browse the shelves in any Blockbuster Video or Barnes & Noble Bookstore and completely unimaginable horrors abound for your entertainment!

This should hit home to the over 50 crowd; think about your reaction in the late 1960s at witnessing Captain Kirk and Mr. Spock speaking to each other with the Communicator. Now look at your cell phone. It brings to mind the Napoleon Hill quote: "Whatever the mind can conceive and believe the mind can achieve."

Do you still believe that there's no way the United States of America could collapse? Not yet convinced? Okay, think about what society was like in your community in the 1960s vs. the 1980s vs. today. Is it still "Leave it to Beaver" and "Mayberry RFD"-land? Has it changed for the better or for the worse?

It's not about RIGHT vs. WRONG because since banning The Bible and Ten Commandments from public life, even right and wrong have become relative - based completely on the opinions of the decision makers.

It's not about human rights or animal rights or women's rights or a minority's rights, people!

It's about power and wealth and nothing else matters to the enemy within. To the outside enemy - the one that airport security has been deceitfully beefed up for (the terrorists who have infiltrated your communities and are waiting for commands to destroy) - it's about their radical religion's world domination. During the days when the enemy within was against the outside enemy you had reason for hope. Those days are over - the enemies have joined forces.

Will you remain with your head in the sand or will you stand up and stop it before it's too late?
